Don't Shrink is a calorie-maintenance app for people who drop weight too fast. Targets are minimums. Surplus is celebrated. Foods are saved to an on-device pantry. Another Spoon nags in the afternoon and evening when the plate is light. It is not a medical device and is not for diagnosing or treating eating disorders.

Do: friendly kitchen ghost in an apron, offering a spoon. Translucency means the plate is light — the ghost still smiles.
Don't: shrinking human bodies, skulls, “before” photos, death jokes, or copy about vanishing, fading, or wasting away.
Awards
Medals, trophies, and crowns stay in the app, computed from on-device logs. This site does not show live rewards.
